Theological Education for the Dominican Republic is the mission of the Rev. Michael Floyd and his wife, April, who in March 2007accepted the call to serve as missionaries for the Episcopal Church in the Diocese of the Dominican Republic.  Invited by Bishop Holguin and supported by the prayers and generous gifts of many friends, they moved to Santo Domingo in July 2007 to complement the good work already being done there.

“By sharing our experiences on this website, we hope to provide folks elsewhere with glimpses of how the Holy Spirit is moving over the Caribbean as Christianity undergoes a far-reaching global transformation in the early twenty-first century.”
— Michael & April
